2. Description of Service
Vistara AI provides an AI-powered calling platform that enables businesses to deploy automated voice agents for outbound and inbound calls. Our services include campaign management, live call monitoring, analytics, and CRM integrations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or spam individuals, or to violate any applicable telecommunications regulations including TRAI guidelines and DND registries in India.
5. Billing & Payment
Usage is billed at the rates displayed on our pricing page. Payment is processed through Cashfree. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vistara AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
